My name is Oliver Ehlenz (born in 1979).
I am an investor, entrepreneur and realtor (§ 34c GewO) with more than 25 years of
experience in the construction and real estate industry. After completing my degree in business administration, I began my professional career in auditing at Ernst & Young and subsequently moved into senior management and executive positions within the construction and real estate sector. In all of these roles, the development, financing, and economic management of real estate projects were a central focus.
These stages of my career have given me a deep understanding of figures, risks, structures, and sustainable value creation in the real estate environment – from both an entrepreneurial and an investment perspective.
For many years, I have been investing internationally in real estate, with a clear focus on Dubai. I am familiar with the local processes from first-hand experience – from financing and acquisition to visa and banking matters, as well as leasing and eventual resale. In addition, I have founded and built my own company and personally gone through the associated organizational, economic, and regulatory processes.
This combination of entrepreneurial experience, hands-on real estate practice, personal investment activity, and local market knowledge enables me to support clients in a professional, transparent, and peer-level manner. My approach is to view real estate decisions not in isolation, but within the broader context of structure, planning, and long-term perspective.
