Our international network combines cultural competence, multilingual capabilities, and operational experience. Through a multilingual approach across different languages – including Arabic – we are able to support investors from the DACH region as well as local stakeholders in Dubai on an equal footing, consistently overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers.
In Dubai, we work closely with experienced, licensed cooperation partners and local experts who have extensive hands-on experience in direct interaction with authorities, banks, notaries, and legal professionals. The founder is personally currently based in Germany and directly accessible for clients from the DACH region. For our clients, we therefore combine personal accessibility in Germany with operational execution through our company in the United Arab Emirates – providing direct access to the local market and relevant partners on the ground. Personal interaction – whether by phone, digitally, or through direct conversations – creates transparency and trust, particularly when dealing with complex investment and lifestyle decisions.
A key differentiator: Both the founder and our cooperation partners are themselves investors and residents in Dubai. I am an investor, entrepreneur and realtor (§ 34c GewO) with more than 25 years of
experience in the construction and real estate industry. After completing my degree in business administration, I began my professional career in auditing at Ernst & Young and subsequently moved into senior management and executive positions within the construction and real estate sector. In all of these roles, the development, financing, and economic management of real estate projects were a central focus.
